유아교사의 자기 평정용 창의성 검사 도구 개발

본 연구의 목적은 유아 교사의 창의성을 자신의 평정에 의해 측정할 수 있는 창의성 검사 도구를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 창의성과 관련된 문헌 및 검사 도구를 토대로 문항을 구성하고, 예비 연구를 통하여 10개 요인의 43문항으로 시안을 구성하였다. 시안에 대한 요인분석 결과 유아 교사의 자기 평정용 창의성 검사 도구는 10개 요인의 41문항으로 개발되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 유아교사의 창의성 검사도구는 유머, 융통성, 독창성, 상상력, 탈규범성, 몰입, 개방성, 독립성, 자기확신, 모험 추구의 요인으로 구성되었으며, 문항양호도인 문항반응분포와 문항변별도, 척도의 구인타당도, 척도의 신뢰도인 문항내적합치도가 적절한 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

This study develops and examines the validity of a Self- Scale Type Creativity Test Tool for early childhood teachers.  First, 43 items for 10 factors were determined by reviewing both the literature and rating scales related to creativity.  The scale was then developed through factor analysis and examined in terms of validity. The study reveals the following. First, 41 items for 10 factors in early childhood teacher's creativity were determined. These factors are humor, flexibility, originality, imagination, unconventionality, engagement, openness, independence, self-confidence and risk-taking. Second, the scale was examined about item's response distribution, item's discrimination, and construct validity and internal consistency reliability, and it was adoptable.
