Abstract
A cluster analytic approach was used to determine possible efficacy differences in the structure of teachers’ temperament dimension. Subjects were 83 teachers working in the kindergartens located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Teachers completed the self-report scale of temperament and efficacy. Using cluster analysis, four distinct temperament groups were classified. The four clusters led to significant differential effects on teachers’ efficacy. Based on these research findings, implications for teacher education regarding current study were discussed.
