This article focuses on the legal principles of technology holding company dealing with the service invention of the universities. Since a few years, the academic entrepreneurship has been prevailing all over the country, and the government has encouraged the utilization of the technology such as patents on IT, BT, and NT. But the operation of the technology is not well proceeded with the program as arranged, because the existing TLOs of the universities are facing several difficulties in utilization and several limitations including the legal and philosophical ones. So, the new paradigm is needed to utilize the technology more effectively, and the structure of holding company is recommended in every aspects to accomplish to sale the rights of patents, or to license that rights, especially to found the new business company for the TLOs to earn big money. And the every support including the tax exemption and administrative help is indispensible to give impetus to attain the sufficient utilization of the technology of the university. This article will show the desirable ways of how to attain these goals by way of the technology holding company. It will surely give the university the useful value to maximize the utilization of the technologies.
