1900년도에 죽은 니체가 오늘날 논란이 되는 생명공학과 관련하여 자신의 견해를 직접적으로 표명할 수는 없는 노릇이다. 그러나 니체가 강조한 철학적 신념들은 생명공학이 제기한 오늘날의 문제를 우리가 어떻게 바라보아야 할지, 무엇을 긍정하고, 부정해야 할지와 관련하여 많은 메시지를 던져줄 수는 있을 것이다. 그런데 니체가 생명공학에 대해 어떤 구체적 입장을 취할까를 유추해보고자 할 때 가장 문제가 되는 것은 비체계적인 그의 철학방식이다. 비체계적이고, 심지어 모순 되는 언급을 즐기는 그의 철학은 다양한 모습으로 사람들에게 해석되곤 한다. 이러한 니체의 다양한 모습은 생명공학과 관련된 그의 입장을 유추하는 데서도 동일하게 반복될 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 생명공학과 관련하여 니체가 어떤 견해에 있으며, 우리들에게 어떤 의미 있는 주장을 제기해 줄지를 그의 핵심개념을 살펴봄으로써 가늠해보고자 한다. 이러한 작업을 함에 가장 중심적인 개념은 ‘삶’과 ‘생명’일 것이다. 삶과 생명의 맥락에서 던지는 니체의 다양한 비판과 주장들에 기초해 니체의 생명 공학적 입장을 유추해보는 것은 생명공학과 관련된 논의가 중심을 잃거나 논쟁이 피상적으로 흘러가지 않도록 도와줄 것이다.
Abstract
Nietzsche who died in 1900 year can not express his own point of view directly regarding life science that is controverted. Philosophical believes which Nietzsche emphasized will be able to give us a lot of messages what we can understand, what we can accept, what we can denied what life science say to us. By the way, it is unsystematic his philosophical viewpoint that become an issue when wish to search if Nietzsche expresses his opinion on life science. His philosophy that is unsystematic and even enjoy inconsistent reference used to be analyzed in a various way by people. Various appearance of this Nietzsche can be repeated equally to analogize his viewpoint connected with life science. Therefore, in this treatise we are going to examine Nietzsche's viewpoint about life science and We are going to examine significant opinion that Nietzsche offers to us examining Nietzsche's point concept. While we do these work, concept that must consider most heftily is 'Life'. Nietzsche's viewpoint which criticize from viewpoint of life may help so that discussion that is connected with life science may not lose center. And is going to protect that the discussion is gone superficially.
