선박의 등기와 등록제도 일원화에 관한 고찰

Ships which are movable property, and considered to be so-called a kind of real property in more than 20 tonnes of ships, become a subject of registry and registration. But the duplicate public announcement of ship in which Korean ship should be registered to registry office of the Supreme Court for property right and also registered to the Administration for public purpose, causes shipowners to incur additional costs and not to timely implement exercise of the rights of ship.Therefore the duplicate public announcement is to change into single system to improve efficiency and effectiveness of ship operation by shipowners and ship control by the Administration as well as to exercise their property right.In this paper, the writer present legal problems as examining closely various issues in introducing single registration system of ship.
