Abstract
(Jury Trial Innovations in New York State: A Practical Guide for Trial Judges)과, 미국 변호사협회 (ABA) 가 배심재판개혁과 관련해 공포한 ‘배심원과 배심재판에 관한 원칙들 (Principles for Juries and Jury Trials)’을 검토하고, 국민참여재판제도에의 적용가능성을 살펴보고 있다.
