Abstract

Th is article is about the specifi c goals and functions of the Korean Literature Museum, as well as how to collect and build the data to be managed by the National Korean Literature Museum, before the new launch of the National Korean Literature Museum. Th e suggestion of this article is that it is necessary to collect a wide range of Koreane literature in Chinese including literature, history, philosophy, the fact that it is also necessary to collect texts, drawings, etc. in addition to the literature, and Korean works in the collection and organization of literature related to Korean literature It is necessary to consider the linkage between Korean and Chinese literature and the link between pre-modern and modern literature. It is a problem at this stage that various materials are not integrated in the interrelationship in the full field of Korean classical literature. In the future, the National Museum of Korean Literature will need to integrate and organize data from these fi elds and genres. In addition, it is important to collect and organize materials from the period around the 20th century, taking into account the balance between pre-modern and modern literature. At this time, the data collection and arrangement should be conducted in cooperation with experts in the fi eld of high professional and modern literature.
