2017년 9월부터 2019년 8월까지의 국내외 최신 문헌을 중심으로 마이크로러닝에 대한 최신 연구 동향을 살펴보려고 한다. 마이크로러닝의 연구 동향을 가장 정확히 알 수 있는 키워드인 마이크로러닝(mirolearning), 마이크로콘텐츠(microcontent), 바이트사이즈러닝(bite-sized learning)을 주요 키워드로 하여 조사 및 분석하였다. 총 71편을 대상으로 문헌발행 연도, 학습자 배경별, 연구방법 유형별로 분석하였다. 문헌발행 연도의 경우 4개월 단위로 나누어 정리하였으며, 학습자 배경별로 살펴보면 기업, 일반, 대학교를 대상으로 한 연구가 주를 이루었으며, 기업 대상이 국내 3건, 해외 29건으로 총 32건이었다. 또한 일반을대상으로 한 연구는 국내 2건, 해외 28건으로 총 30건이었으며, 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구는 국내에서는 없었으며 해외에만 9건 발표되었다. 그리고연구방법 유형별로 살펴보면 실증연구는 국내 3편, 해외 15편으로 총 18편이다. 이론연구는 국내 1편, 해외 8편으로 총 9건이며, 개발연구는 국내 1건해외 2건으로 모두 3편이다. 마지막으로 의견제시는 국내에서는 없고 해외만 총 41건에 달한다. 궁극적으로 이 연구결과는 마이크로러닝에 대한 기초가 될 것이다. 마이크로러닝은 마이크로콘텐츠를 이용하여 적절한 시스템과 운영이 이상적으로 결합되었을 때 완벽하게 진행될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
I am going to take a look at the latest research trends in microlearning, focusing on the latest literature in Korea and foreign countries, from September 2017 to August 2019. Microlearning, microcontent, and byte-sized learning were investigated and analyzed as the main keywords. A total of 71 studies were analyzed by literature publication year, student background, and research method type. In the year of the publication of the literature, I divided it into four months. In the context of each learner, the study was conducted mainly on businesses, generalities, and universities. In total, 32 cases were targeted at companies, 3 domestic and 29 overseas. There were also 30 public studies, 2 in Korea and 28 in foreign countries, and none in Korea for college students, and 9 in overseas countries alone. And if you look at the types of research methods, the total number of empirical studies is 18 with 3 domestic and 15 overseas. Theoretical research is 1 in Korea and 8 overseas, with a total of 9 cases. There are 3 development studies in total, 1 in Korea and 2 in foreign countries. Finally, there are no suggestions studies in Korea, and a total of 41 cases in foreign countries alone. Ultimately, the findings will be the basis for microlearning. Micro-learning will be able to go perfectly when appropriate systems and operations are ideally combined using micro-contents.
