이 연구의 목적은 평균수명 증가와 다중경력 등으로 전 생애를 통하여 성공적이고 행복한 삶을 위해 중요해진 성인의 생애역량을 도출하는 진단도구를 개발하여 타당화 하는데 있다. 성인의 생애역량 진단도구 개발 및 타당화 과정은 개발계획 수립, 문항개발, 예비조사 실시, 본조사 실시, 규준 작성의 5단계로 진행되었다. 이를 위해 우선 개발계획 수립단계에서는 이론적 고찰을 통해 생애역량의 개념모형(요인구조)을 도출하였다. 이후 문항개발단계에서는 델파이조사 2회를 통해 요인구조에 대한 내용타당도(CVR)를 검증하였고, 성인 197명을 대상으로 예비조사를 실시하여 잠정적 역량모델을 도출하였다. 즉 문항곤란도를 통한 문항분석, 내적일관성 신뢰도 계수를 통한 신뢰도 분석, 탐색적 요인분석을 통한 구인타당도 분석을 실시하여 7개의 하위 요인 및 14개의 하위 역량의 48개의 본조사 문항을 도출하였다. 본조사는 확률표집인 층화군집비율 표집을 실시하여 성인 985명을 대상으로 타당도(구인, 예측, 교차)와 신뢰도를 검증하여 생애역량 진단도구를 확정하였다. 이러한 검증과정을 통해 최종적으로 7개 하위 요인과 14개 하위역량의 47개 문항이 개발되었다. 규준 및 진단요강 작성단계에서는 성인의 생애역량 규준(norm)을 백분위점수와 T표준점수를 통해 제시하였다. 이렇게 개발된 진단도구는 진단을 실시한 개인의 생애역량에 대한 신뢰성 있는 진단 결과와 필요한 정보를 제공받아 행복하고 성공적인 인생을 살아가는데 도움을 받을 수 있다. 또한 집단별 특성에 맞는 맞춤형 교육, 생애설계 및 생애상담, 생애역량 교육과정 개발 및 성과(효과성) 측정 등에도 활용될 수 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop an inventory tool of life competency of adults by life stage, which has become important for a successful and happy life throughout their entire life due to an increase in life expectancy and multiple careers. To this end, life stage classification and life design competency (draft) were derived through a literature review. Afterwards, in the test tool development stage, content validity (CVR) was verified through a Delphi survey, while a preliminary survey was conducted on 197 adults to derive a provisional competency model. Item analysis through item difficulty, reliability analysis through internal consistency reliability coefficient, and construct validity analysis through exploratory factor analysis were conducted to derive 48 main survey items of 7 sub-factors and 14 sub-competencies. In the main survey, sampling was conducted by life stage, percentage sampling was conducted for 985 adults, and validity (construct, predictive, cross) and reliability were verified to confirm the life design competency. Through this verification process, 47 items of 7 sub-factors and 14 sub-competencies were finally developed. In the step of preparing standards and test guidelines, norms for each group were prepared through percentile scores and T standard scores. The test tool developed in this way can help to live a happy and successful life by providing reliable diagnosis results and necessary information on the life competency of the individual who conducted the test. In addition, it can be used for customized education tailored to the characteristics of each group, life guidance and life counseling, life competency curriculum development, and performance (effectiveness) measurement.
