중고령 발달장애인을 위한 맞춤형 주간보호시설 활성화를 위한 탐색적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 빠르게 증가하는 중고령발달장애인을 대상으로 하는 주간보호시설에서 필요한 서비스를 모색하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 국내외 중고령발달장애인 관련 자료를 분석하고 주간보호시설을 이용하고 있는 중고령발달장애인을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 중고령발달장애인을 위한 주간보호시설 서비스는 ‘적극적인 정보제공과 가족지원강화’, ‘사회적 상호작용을 위한 주간서비스 확대’, ‘투명한 재산관리 지원과 후견인 연계’, ‘미래계획(주거) 수립지원’, ‘건강과 안전관리와 제도개선’을 고려해야 함을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to find out the services that are needed in day care centers for the middle-aged and elderly with developmental disabilities. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the data related to the middle-aged and elderly with developmental disabilities, and conducted a questionnaire survey for he middle-aged and elders people with developmental disabilities who are using day care facilities. The results of the study showed that the day care services for them, such as 'Active Information Provision and Strengthening Family Support', 'Expand Day Services for Social Interaction', 'Transparent Property Management Support and Guardianship', 'Future Planning(residential)' and `Health and Safety Management and System Improvement', should be considered.
