The purpose of this paper is to study about the spirituality and Christian education and to produce people who are spiritual mature. Today many church leaders seem to be in difficulty for applying the spiritual development to the ministry and even neglect to do this ministry. Therefore, the paper tries to clear ambiguity of spirituality and stress on balanced spiritual development in terms of Christian education. In order to achieve holistic spiritual development we need to study more deeply about whole person first. Learning, teaching and modeling are most important factors for effective educational ministries.
