예비초등교사 스포츠맨십 구성요인과 스포츠 참여의 관계

본 연구의 목적은 예비초등교사 스포츠맨십의 구성요인을 분석하고 스포츠 참여에 미치는영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상은 D교육대학생 2학년 101명으로 하였고, 기존연구에 의해스포츠맨십 30문항에 대하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였으며, 요인 간 상관분석, 요인별로 성과 스포츠 참여 여부 비교 분석을 위하여 2원 분산분석, 스포츠 참여 기간에 대한 요인들이 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 stepwise법을 이용한 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 결론은 다음과같다. 예비초등교사의 스포츠맨십 요인은 5개 요인으로 최선 4 문항, 협동심 4 문항, 정정당당 4 문항, 결과인정 4 문항, 상대존중 3 문항 전체 19개 문항으로 구성되었다. 최선 요인이 남자가여자보다, 스포츠 참여 집단이 참여하지 않은 집단보다 효과가 있다. 나머지 요인에서 집단 간에 차이가 없고, 요인 간 상관계수가 낮게 나타나 전체적으로 스포츠맨십 요인 구성이 잘 되었다. 요인별로 평균을 비교했을 때, 협동심과 정정당당 요인이 다른 요인보다 평균이 높다. 스포츠에 참여한 예비초등교사의 참여 기간에 영향을 미치는 스포츠맨십 요인은 최선과 상대 인정 요인이 유의미한 요인이며, 19.2%의 설명력을 가지고 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was twofold: To analyze the constituent factors of sportspersonship for preservice elementary school teachers and to analyze the effect on sports participation. The subjects of the study were 101 students in the second year of D education college students, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted on 30 sportspersonship items according to the previous study. A two-way ANOVA was conducted to analyze the correlation between factors and to compare and analyze performance and sports participation by factors. Multiple regression analysis employed the stepwise method was conducted to analyze the influence of factors on the duration of sports participation. The conclusions were as follows. The sportspersonship factor of pre-primary elementary school teachers consisted of 5 factors including 4 questions associated with one's best level, 4 questions associated with cooperative spirit, 4 questions associated with fair, 4 questions associated with acknowledge game result, and 3 questions associated with respect for opponents. The one' best level related factors were that men are more effective than women, and sports participants are more effective than groups that do not participate. In the remaining factors, there was no difference between groups, and the correlation coefficient between the factors was low, so the overall composition of the sportspersonship factor was well. The average is higher than other factors of cooperative spirit and fair related factors. As for the sportspersonship factors that influence the participation period of pre-primary school teachers who participated in sports, the one's best level and acknowledge game result related factors are significant, and have an explanatory power of 19.2%.
