Purpose: 본 연구의 목적은 시뮬레이션 통합 실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 셀프리더십, 의사소통 및 팀효능감의 정도를 확인하고, 이들의 상관관계를 확인하는 것이다. Methods: 본 연구의 대상자는 C시와 A시 소재의 일 4년제 간호학과에 재학 중인 시뮬레이션 통합 실습을 경험한 간호학과 4학년 학생 124명이었다. 자료수집기간은 2018년 12월에서 2019년 1월까지였으며, 수집된 자료는 t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients로 분석하였다. Results: 연구 결과, 시뮬레이션 통합 실습 및 전공 만족도, 리더십 만족도에 따라 셀프리더십, 의사소통 및 팀효능감에 차이가 나타났으며, 셀프리더십, 의사소통 및 팀효능감은 모두 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. Conclusions: 본 연구의 결과를 통해 미래의 간호사인 간호대학생의 협력 관련 역량을 향상시키기 위한 전략을 마련해야 하며, 이를 위해 팀 기반 시뮬레이션 실습 등의 교육 프로그램 개발이 필요하리라 생각된다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, communication and team efficacy of nursing students participating in integrated simulation training courses. Methods: Participants were 124 nursing students from the two different schools. Data were collected from December 2018 through January of 2019 and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and Pearson’s correlation coefficients. Results: Self-leadership, communication and team efficacy were significantly different according to satisfaction of major, satisfaction of simulation course and satisfaction of leadership. Also significant correlations were found among self-leadership, communication and team efficacy. Conclusions: The findings of this study indicate that education programs based on simulation courses should be developed to promote self-leadership, communication and team efficacy of nursing students. A diverse simulation curriculum to improve the practical skills of nursing students needs to be developed.
