난곡･난향 도시재생사업의 주민만족도 결정요인에 관한 실증적 연구

본 연구는 난곡·난향 도시재생사업의 주민만족도 결정요인을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 도시재생사업의 세 가지 환경, 즉 경제환경, 물리적 환경 및 주거환경과 주민참여 및 공동체의식이 주민만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구자료는 서울시 관악구 난곡·난향 도시재생사업과 관련된 주민들을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 수집되었으며 216부가 가설검증에 사용되었다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 도시재생사업의 경제환경, 물리적 환경 및 주거환경 각각은 주민참여 및 공동체의식에 정(+)의 방향으로 관련되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 도시재생사업이 경제환경, 물리적 환경 및 주거환경 각각은 주민만족도에 정(+)의 방향으로 관련되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 도시재생사업의 주민참여와 공동체 의식은 주민만족도에 정(+)의 방향으로 관련되는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 주민참여와 공동체의식은 도시재생사업 환경과 주민만족도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study empirically examined the determinants of resident satisfaction in Nangok and Nanhyang urban regeneration projects. To this end, this study analyzed the effects of the three environments of urban regeneration projects, that is, the economic environment, physical environment, and residential environment, and the effect of resident participation and community consciousness on resident satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires for residents related to the Nangok and Nanhyang urban regeneration projects in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, and 216 copies were used for hypothesis verification. The summary of the results of this study is as follows. First, it was found that the economic environment, physical environment, and residential environment of urban regeneration projects were positively related to residents' participation and community consciousness. Second, it was found that the economic environment, physical environment, and residential environment were positively related to resident satisfaction. Third, it was found that residents' participation and community consciousness in urban regeneration projects were positively related to resident satisfaction. Finally, it was found that resident participation and community consciousness mediated the relationship between the urban regeneration project environment and resident satisfaction.
