초록

SRDI (Specialized, Refinement, Differential and Innovation) listed enterprises focus on a specific market segment and possess unique competitive advantages. How such enterprises innovate is the key to solving China's industrial structure upgrading and the “bottleneck” problem in key technological fields. Team Cha-xu climate is common among local Chinese enterprises. This study investigates whether the perceived climate of team Cha-xu (PCTCX) affects collaborative innovation through psychological ownership and how collective flow experience moderates this process. We built this study's theoretical model on cognitive-affective processing theory and collected 196 valid questionnaires from 7 Chinese SRDI listed enterprises. Then we employed structural equation modeling to examine and validate the model and hypotheses. The findings suggest that psychological ownership acts as a mediating factor between PCTCX and collaborative innovation, and that PCTCX can directly result in a decline in collaborative innovation. We also found that collective flow experience can mitigate the negative impact of team Cha-xu on collaborative innovation as well as moderate the relationship between PCTCX and psychological ownership.
