일본 노동조합 재정의 법적 규제에 관한 연구

Abstract

Labor union must guarantee union's finances to maintain the independent organization and its activity and union should manage and deal their function independently and democratically. On a closer note, union financial operation's democracy and its transparency as the premise for the security of the union's democracy and independence are to guarantee. Recently, with revealing the scandal of the union leaders, Korea's labor union suffer from the social bad influence about the union reshuffling, they regard it as a matter of serious concern. So, it is the actual circumstances that the necessity of the structural, institutional innovation in the management of labor union's finances is raised. Hence this study investigated the Japan's legislative and judge-making reports related to Japan labor union's finances. The specialty of Japan labor Union's finances in Japan is that it equips the regulation of the financial audit and the qualification of auditing as the essentially mentioned items of union article in the Labor Union Act. Therefore, I claimed that the introduction of Japan's Labor Union Act5. Article 2-7 should be necessary in order to guarantee union financial operation's democracy and its transparency as the premise for the security of the union's democracy and independence.
