국가 교육과정 실행 지원 온라인 시스템의 개발 방향 탐색 연구: 국가교육과정정보센터(NCIC)를 기초로

초록

본 연구의 목적은 국가 교육과정 실행 지원 온라인 시스템을 새롭게 상정하여 이를 최적화하기 위한 방향 설정과 요강적인 안을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 먼저 우리나라 국가교육과정정보센터(NCIC)의 현황과 문제점을 살펴보고 캐나다 브리티시 컬럼비아 주 BC’s Curriculum 홈페이지의 특징을 분석하여 시사점을 파악하였다. 그리고 이를 종합하여 새로운 시스템의 개발 방향을 사용자, 화면 구성, 체제, 기능, 환류, 행정 등 여섯 가지 측면에서 제시하였다. 이후 개발 방향의 아이디어를 각 측면에서 명제화하고 사이트 맵의 초안을 구성하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 1차 내용타당도 검증은 교육과정을 전공한 교사 25명을 대상으로 양적 검증을 수행하였는데, 이 결과에 따라 선택과 배제, 추가 논의 사항을 정하였다. 2차 내용타당도 검증은 1차 검증자 중 국가교육과정보센터의 개선 연구에 직간접적으로 참여했던 3명을 대상으로 FGD를 통해 질적 검증을 수행하였다. 논의된 내용을 바탕으로 초안을 수정, 보완하였고 2차 검증 참여자들의 축조심의를 거쳐 최종적으로 이 시스템의 개발 방향과 사이트 맵의 가안을 작성하였다. 학교 현장의 국가 교육과정에 대한 이해와 실행을 지원하는 온라인 시스템의 전체적인 면모를 시론적으로 그려보는 노력은 향후 관련 시스템이 나아갈 방향에 대한 시사점과 아이디어를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to establish a new online system to support the implementation of the national curriculum and to derive an optimal direction and outline for it. First, the current status and problems of the National Curriculum Information Center are examined, and the characteristics of the BC's Curriculum website, which advocates a competency-based curriculum in British Columbia, Canada, are analyzed to derive implications. Based on this, the development direction of the new system is presented in six aspects: user, screen composition, system, function, feedback, and administration. Then, ideas for the development direction were formulated for each aspect, and a draft site map was created to verify content validity. The first content validity verification was performed quantitatively with 25 teachers majoring in curriculum, and based on the results, items for selection, exclusion, and additional discussion were determined. The second content validity verification was performed qualitatively through FGD with three individuals who had directly or indirectly participated in the improvement research of the National Curriculum Information Center among the first verifiers. Based on the discussed content, the draft was revised and supplemented, and the final development direction and draft site map of this system were prepared after a detailed review by the second verification participants. Various methods should be sought to actively utilize the rapidly advancing online environment to enhance the literacy of curriculum implementers, and this should serve as a stepping stone to minimize the gap between the planned curriculum and the implemented and experienced curriculum.
