본 연구는 지역거버넌스 활성화 요인을 탐색하고 이들 변수간의 인과관계를 실증하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 양적 방법과 질적 방법을 통합하여 지역노사정민협의회 활성화에 미치는 요인 및 인과관계들을 분석하였다. 실증분석 결과, 4개의 요인 모두 지역노사정협의회의 활성화에 정(+)의 관계를 형성하였으며 각각의 기여 정도는 참여평가요인(요인3)>참여운영요인(요인1)>참여지원요인(요인2)>참여역량요인(요인4)의 순으로 나타났다. 한편 부천지역거버넌스가 활성화되는 과정을 사례분석 결과, 앞서 양적 연구에서 검증된 요인들이 부천 지역이라는 구체적인 맥락에서도 동일하게 지역거버넌스의 활성화에 기여한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This paper studies theoretical factors that local governance be activated. Through the virtual study and existent discussion, four facrors are composed of participation support, participation capability, participation administration, participation feedback. From the factor analysis, the four factors proved to be evaluate the present situation of local governance. As a result of multiple regression analysis, the effect of local governance's activation are arranged with participation feedback>participation administration>participation support>participation capability. So, a result of case study on Buchon local governance is all alike.
