중국 애니메이션 교육은 애니메이션 산업의 신속한 발전에 비해 낙후된 상황에 있으며, 인재 양성은 창의적 사고와 자율성이 결핍되어 있다. 이번 연구를 통해 중국 애니메이션 교육의 창의적 방안의 구축을 위해 스스로를 되돌아보는 기회로 삼았으며, 중국 애니메이션 교육의 인재양성의 문제점과 애니메이션산업 창작발전을 제약하는 병목현상의 주요원인을 분석해보았다. 이를 토대로 중국애니메이션 교육혁신 방안을 국제적 플랫폼에 입각해서, ‘수입과 수출’이라는 발전 원칙에 따라 학과의 특성화, 교수 요원의 전문화, 창의적 인재 양성이라는 대안을 도출해 보았다.
Abstract
Faced with the situation that Chinese cartoon education lags behind the fast-developing cartoon industry, personnel training is seriously lack of innovation capacity. This thesis investigates the construction of latest model on cartoon talents cultivation and raises some introspection about it. And the thesis presents the analysis about the key point that the Chinese education of high-ranking creative cartoon talents has been the bottleneck of original cartoon industry. Therefore, the resource of the situation is that Chinese new-built majors on animation, game and digital image should be based on international platform. “Absorb foreign capital and expand export” should be the principle, leading teachers, subjects and personnel training to internationalization.
