Abstract
This study was prepared based on the analysis of efficient class operation methods and improvement plans derived from class videos, in-depth interviews, class logs, and CQI data provided by six dance teachers following the Brain Care Dance program implemented in 2025. The purpose of this research is to examine the advantages and efficiency of Brain Care Dance’s operating methods and, based on these findings, to develop specific action plans aimed at enhancing the quality of classes. Ultimately, by utilizing these analysis results to establish future operation and improvement plans for Brain Care Dance, this study aims to improve the quality of classes and promote overall class revitalization.
