국내 IT Shared Service 도입 저해 요인 연구 - IT아웃소싱 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 IT아웃소싱 분야에서 IT Shared Service의 도입을 저해하는 요인에 대하여 분석하였다. 선행 연구를 통하여 IT Shared Service 도입을 주저하게 만드는 저해 요인들을 추출한 후 혁신저항 모델을 기반으로 설문 문항을 작성하였으며, IT 서비스 도입에 대한 의사결정을 할 수 있거나 지원할 수 있는 인력을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 총 104명의설문결과를 토대로 PLS 회귀분석을 수행하였으며, 분석 결과 상대적 이점, 기존 서비스에대한 만족감, 사회적 영향 등이 IT Shared Service 도입을 저해하는 주요 요인으로 나타났으며, 특히 수용자 저항이 높을수록 Shared Service의 도입의도가 낮게 나타났다.

Abstract

This study investigates the impeding factors of domestic IT Shared service adoption focused on IT Outsourcing. After drawing deduction the factors of resistance which make consumers hesitate to adopt IT Shared service from analysis of previous studies, the survey based on a model of innovation resistance was issued to experts who can make or assist decision on adopting IT service. From a total of 104 survey respondents, the results of the study revealed that relative advantages, satisfaction to previous services and social influences were the significant factors of resistance and higher innovation resistance of a consumer was shown to result in lower intention of use.
