중소기업의 지식공유 활동이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 지식경영시스템 수용 의도 매개 효과를 중심으로

초록

초연결 기술 사회-모든 것이 연결되어 공유되는 사회-와 소비자가 만드는 수요자 중심 (On-demand)의 맞춤형 서비스가 요구되는 시장 환경의 변화에서 기업의 혁신을 위한 핵심 요소는 바로 ‘지식의 창조와 공유’이며, 지식사회에서 기업이 생존하기 위해서 지식공유는 필수적이라는 인식이 지배적이나 중소기업에서의 지식공유는 아직 미미한 상황이다. 본 연구는 경기도 내 중소기업 재직자를 대상으로 지식공유에 대한 조직원 개인의 수용 의도와지식경영시스템의 활용을 중심으로 자유롭게 지식을 공유하고 활용할 수 있는 지식공유의활성화의 주요요인을 알아보고자 하였으며 중소기업의 지식공유 활동과 기업성과와의 관계를 파악함에 목적을 두었다. 따라서 본 연구는 경기도 소재 중소기업 재직자를 대상으로 하였으며 설문조사를 온라인으로 실시하여 총 170명의 응답을 수집하였다. 본 실증 연구 결과를 통해 4차 산업혁명의 변화하는 산업 생태계와 기업 패러다임에서 중소기업이 지속적인 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 조직구성원들의 지식공유 수준을 높이고 지식 관리를 효율적으로 하기 위한 지식경영시스템 구축 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다.

Abstract

In a hyper-connected technology society and the changing market environment to on-demand consumer created markets, the key element for innovation in enterprise is “creating and sharing knowledge.” In a knowledge society, it is important for companies to share knowledge in order to survive. Although there is a perception that knowledge sharing is essential for an enterprise to survive in the knowledge society, knowledge sharing in small and medium-sized enterprises is still insignificant. The purpose of this study is what factors promote knowledge sharing in the enterprise and looked at the impact of SME's knowledge sharing activities on corporate performance, focusing on the acceptance intention of individual members of the organization for knowledge sharing and the use of the knowledge management system. Therefore, this study was conducted for the employees of SMEs in Gyeonggi-do and collected a total of 170 responses by conducting a survey online. The results of this empirical study show that in order for SMEs to be consistently competitive in the changing industrial ecosystem and corporate paradigm of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to establish and operate a knowledge management system to raise the level of knowledge sharing and efficiently manage knowledge of organizational members.
