일부환자 검체에서의 ABO 혈액형과 고역가 O형 혈액의 분포

Abstract

A total 1,191 samples(CBC blood ; 373 cases and biochemical sera ; 818 cases) are collected from hematology laboratory and biochemistry laboratory, Dep t. of Clinical Pathology, Wonkwang university hospital had been tested by front and back typing method for ABO group frequency and titer test for the distribution of iso - agglutinins in sera during the period of January through March 1995. For detect the iso-agglutinin titers in biochemical sera(818 cases) , correspond 2 % cell suspensions(A -cell and B-cell) are added to 2 fold diluted sera respectively , serofuge(3,400 rpm , 15 seconds) and reading the end - point microscopically. The results are as f ollows : 1. The distribution of ABO groups are tested by front and back typing method were detected 370 cases(31.1 %) of A group, 317 cases(26.6 %) of B group, 213 cases (17.9 %) of AB group , and 291 cases(24.4 %) of O blood group from total 1,191 cases. 2. Over 96 percent of A, B, and O blood group sera had mainly iso - agglutinins in the range 1 : 2 to 1 : 128 , then the iso - agglutinin titers appeared to have a log - normal distribution. lncidence of low - titer anti - A in B - blood group sera( 233 cases) had detected 98.0 % (228 cases), and low-titer anti-B in A blood group sera(265 cases) had detected 99.2% (263 cases). The anti - B agglutinin titers(52.4 %) tend to be higher than anti - A agglutinin titers(47.6 %) from total 124 cases of O group sera. 3. The incidence of high - titer iso - agglutinins had detected 2.2 % (5 cases) of high - titer anti - A in B blood group sera, and 0.8 % (2 cases) of high - titer anti - B in A blood group sera. 4. The incidence of 1 : 256 iso - agglutinins had detected 2.7 % (17 cases) , and the incidence of 1 : 256 iso - agglutinins had detected 0.6 % (4 cases). The incidence of high-titer 0 blood group sera had appeared 11.3 %(14 cases) from total 124 cases of 0 blood group sera.
