Abstract
A Literature review and comparative study about quantitative analysis Immunoglobulin(lgG, IgA, IgM) by Rate-Nephelometry assay(RNA) and Single Radial Immunodiffusion(SRID) using the most commonly were studied. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. In IgG test, the mean of SRID and RNA were 1399.75mg/dl and 1498.3mg/dl respectively, and there was no significant difference(P>0.01) between these means and coefficient of correlation values were high(r=0.918093) 2. In IgA test, the mean of SRID and RNA were 204.95 mg/dl and 195.95 mg/dl respectively , and there was no significant difference(P>0.01) between these means and coefficient of correlation values were very high(r=0.973574) 3. In IgM test, the mean of SRID and RNA were 155.4 mg/dl and 133 .1 5 mg/dl respectively , and there was significant difference(P<0.01) between these means and coefficient of correlation values were low(r=0.795716) 4. In the precision test , the both method shows satisfied results of coefficient of variation(CV) of IgG (0.3%) , IgA( 1.39%), IgM(2.73%) in SRID method, and of IgG (0.21%) , IgA (0.99%) , IgM( 1.4%) in Rate-Nephelometry assay(RNA) method.
