혈청저장을 위한 SST의 유용성에 관한 연구

Abstract
As we compared and analyzed specimen in VACUTAINERR SST(Serum Separator Tube) and in sample cup for the autoanalyzer by time , both specimen showed the good co-relations with the control in chemistry test. At first the above two method didn’t show any difference in the mean value and standard deviation but as time went by the difference between specimen and control became bigger and it was due to the vapolization of sample in the auto-analyzer, we conculuded. As a result, specimen in SST did show less difference with control than that in sampl cup especially, in BUN, Uric Acid, Cholesterol, Albumin, GOT, GPT tests.
