Abstract

Recently, information technology and internet have been affecting on not only personal life style and management of company but also service of government. On the end of 2002, Korean Government started G4C(Government for Civil : electronic service of civil petition) through the government portal web site. This web site allows customers use a single point of entry and send and receive information and to process monetary transaction and acts as a gateway to other agencies and related governments. There is no use if customers don’t adopt new way of public service which government provides. This research is to find out various factors which have effect on the intention of using G4C applying technology acceptance model. Major factors affecting the intention of using G4C are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived risk. The other factor which effect on the intention of using G4C are perceived self efficacy. Perceived self efficacy and perceived ease of use affect perceived usefulness. Perceived self efficacy affects perceived ease of use.
