윤리적 리더십 관점에서 유일한의 리더십 분석

초록

기업의 규모가 확대되고 이로 인해 기업이 사회에 미치는 영향은 확대되어 왔다. 이에기업을 운영하는 경영자의 윤리적 측면이 중요하게 부각되었다. 유일한 한국에서 오랫동안 존경받는 기업가 가운데 한 분이다. 본 연구는 유한양행의 창업자인 유일한의 리더십을윤리적 리더십 관점에서 분석한 것이다. 이론적 배경에서는 윤리적 리더십의 개념과Northouse(2007)가 제시한 윤리적 리더십의 5가지 원칙(타인에 대한 존중, 타인에 대한봉사, 공정성, 정직함, 공동체 구축 등)을 검토하였다. 유일한에 대한 분석에서는 유일한의 생애를 살펴보았고 윤리적 리더십의 관점에서 유일한의 리더십을 분석하였다.

Abstract

As the sizes of firms grow, the influences of firms to society and stakeholder also get to be expanded. Therefore, ethical aspects of the managers who control large companies become to be important. Yoo Il-Han has been one of the most respectful business men for long time in Korea. The purpose of this study is to analyze his leadership from ethical leadership point of view. In literature part, the definition of ethical leadership is examined and five principles of ethical leadership(respecting others, serving others, being just, being honest, building community) is given by Northouse(2007). In Yoo Il-Han analysis part, his life is explained and his leadership is analyzed.
