결핵균의 다제내성에 관한 연구

Abstract
Study on resistance of Mycobacterium tuberculosis to drugs and antibiotics which are used for treatment of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was conducted frorh January 1996 to December 1996. Mycobacterium tuberculosis which were is이ated from 180 patients were tested and the result are as follows: 1. 88.3% of Mycobacterium tuberculosis was sensitive to treatment drugs and 11.7% were resistant to the drugs. 2. Of 108 Mycobacterium tubenαlosis strains is 이 ated from 20-59 years old age group, 94(87.5%) strains were sensitive to one kind of TB drugs. 3. 15 patients who were being treated had resistant strains to TB drugs and 6 relapsed patients had resistant strains to TB drugs.
