결핵균의 항결핵제 감수성 시험방법에 관한 고찰

Abstract

More rapid and accurate method for testing of Mycobacterial susceptibility to drugs are aQuired to the care and σeatment of the infected patient. Such technology, however, does not currently eXÌst. Current avaiable methods for the susceptibility testing of mycobactria include agar proportion, radiometric proportion, absolute concentration and resistant ratio method. These methods are not well standardized. Laboratory tests for the susceptibility of tubercle bacilli to 바ug seπe the purpose that can be used as a guide in the choice of the initial course of chemotherapy, confirmation and estimation of prevalence to drug resistance. For these purpose, it is important to use a reliable technique in perfoming the test. This document describes the tentative standard methods recommended by N ational Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS) for the susceptibility testing of mycobacteria.
