모체 혈청내의 Unconjugaud Estriol의 측정 시약간의 임신 주수별 측정치 분석

Abstract

Retrospective studies suggest that rreasurernent of maternal serum unconjugated estriol, in combination with maternal serum human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) and α-fetoprotein provides an effective method of prenatal screening for Down syndrome. The median maternal serurn unconjugated estriol is lower in pregnancies with a Down syndroræ fetus Comparative evalution studies concerning magnetic separation method reagent and coation tube method reagent were conducted the SAMKWANGREFERENCE LABORAT-ORIES The results were summarizes as follows: 1. in 380 matemrnal serum at 14 to 2 weeks gestraion uE3 level is near to overall mean (Table 1.2 figure 1.2) 2. The data of magnetic separation method were correlated well with coating tude method (r=0.8564).
