피부관리사의 자기효능감이 자아탄력성 및 대인관계능력에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구는 피부관리사들을 대상으로 자기효능감이 자아탄력성에 영향을 미쳐, 대인관계능력을 향상시키는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 특히, 본 연구에서는 대인관계능력을 처음관계 맺기, 타인의 불쾌감 주장, 자기 노출, 정서적지지 및 조언 그리고 대인갈등 다루기등의 하위개념을 내포한 것으로 보고, 피부관리사의 대인관계능력 향상에 있어 자기효능감과 자아탄력성의 영향력을 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 살펴보기 위해 설문지법을 이용하여 267명의 피부관리사에게 데이터를 수집하고, 분석을 하였다. 분석결과 피부관리사의자기효능감은 자아탄력성에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 피부관리사의자아탄력성은 대인관계능력의 하위개념 중 처음관계맺기, 정서적지지 및 조언, 대인 갈등다루기에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만, 타인의 불쾌감 주장과 자기노출에는 영향을 미치지않는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과는 피부미용업체에게 고객과의 대인관계 형성에있어 피부관리사가 갖춰야 할 능력을 밝힘으로써 관리사 역량 강화를 위한 전략적 시사점을 제안하고 있다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether skin care esthetician’ self-efficacy affects ego-resilience and improves interpersonal competence. In particular, in this study, the interpersonal competence is considered to contain sub-concepts such as initiating relationship, asserting displeasure with other, disclosing personal information, providing emotional support and advice, and managing interpersonal conflict. To examine this, data was collected and analyzed by 267 skin care estheticians using a questionnaire method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the skin care esthetician’s self-efficacy had a positive effect on ego-resilience. In addition, the skin care esthetician’s ego-resilience had a positive effect on initiating relationship, providing emotional support and advice, and managing interpersonal conflict among the sub-concepts of interpersonal competence, but it was found that it did not affect asserting displeasure with other and disclosing personal information. The results of this study are proposing strategic implications for reinforcing the competence of the skin care esthetician by revealing the capabilities that skin care companies must possess in forming interpersonal relationships with customers.
