CA-7000을 사용한 응급혈액응고검사 측정 경험

Abstract

The CA-7000™(Sysmex Co., Japan) is a completely automated coagulation analyzer thatperforms clotting, chromogenic and immunological tests. We evaluated the analytical performancesand usefulness of this analyzer. Neoplastin Cl Plus(Diagnostica STAGO, France), ThromborelR S(lSI 1.01, Dade Behring, USA), PTT A 5(Diagnostica STAGO, France) and Actin FS(DadeBehring, USA), CaCl2(Dade Behring, USA) were used for measurement of prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(aPTT). We evaluated the precision and accuracy of PTand aPTT. Comparision study was performed by comparing the results of STA(DiagnosticaSTAGO, France) with those of CA-7000™. Interference of hemoglobin, lipid and bilirubin in thePT and aPTT measurement was examined. The test results measured by commercialplasma(Coag-N and Coag-P, Diagnostica) with designated values showed satisfactory accuracy. Thecoefficients of variation of both within-run and between day precision for CA-7000™ were below2%. The comparison study indicated the a good correlation between results of ST A and those ofCA-7000™. Various concentrations of hemoglobin, lipid and bilirubin made no influence on PT and aPTT results. We concluded that the CA-7000™ offered excellent perfonnances and providedhigh throughput for stat coagulation tests. The CA-7000™ is expected to contribute to the highestefficiency in clinical laboratories.
