단과대학별 외국어 특성화 대학생의 창업 역량에 대한 교육 요구 분석

초록

본 연구는 경영시장의 국경이 사라지고 있는 현 시점에 글로벌적 창업교육에 대한 필요성 이 강조됨에 따라서 외국어 특성화 대학교의 재학생을 대상으로 창업교육 요구분석을 실시하였다. 창업교육 요구분석은 대응표본 t검증, Borich 요구도 분석, IPA model 분석, The Locus for Focus model 분석을 실시하여 요구도 및 중요도 분석을 실시하였다. 또한 외국어 특성화 대학교 재학생의 창업교육 요구도는 단과대학에 따라 어떻게 다른지 에 대해서도 알아보았다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 외국어 특성화 대학생 전체를 대상으로 분석한 결과 창업아이디어 도출능력과 사업 PT능력의 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 또한 단과대학에 따른 창업교육 요구도는 글로벌 비즈니스 대학의 경우 아이디어타당성 분석력 과 사업PT능력에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 영일중 대학의 경우 창업아이디어도출능 력과 아이디어타당성분석력에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 글로벌 인문융합대학의 경 우 창업아이디어 도출능력과 벤처창업모델기획력에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타났다. 글로 컬창의융합대학의 경우 창업아이디어도출능력과 사업PT능력에 대한 요구도가 높게 나타 났다. 마지막으로 글로벌 IT대학의 경우 벤처창업모델기획력과 사업PT능력에 대한 요구 도가 높게 나타났다. 한편 연구결론에서는 본 연구결과에 대한 요약 및 시사점을 제시하였 으며, 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구의 방향에 대해서도 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study analyzed the needs of entrepreneurship education focusing on students in foreign language specialization university, because of the country borders of the market disappeared and global entrepreneurship education was needs. The needs and importance of entrepreneurship education were analyzed by paired t-test, IPA Model, The Locus for Focus Model, Borich needs Analysis. We also investigated whether The needs and importance of entrepreneurship education of foreign language specialization university students differ depending on the college. The research results are as follows. As a result of the analysis of all foreign language specialization university students, the needs for the ability to Innovative Ideation and ability of business PT were high. In addition, the differences in needs for entrepreneurship education by college are as follows. First, global business colleges have high needs for the idea validity analysis ability and business PT ability. Next, the College of English, Japanese and Chinese has high ability to the ability to Innovative Ideation and the idea validity analysis. On the other hand, the College of Global Human Convergence has high ability to the idea validity analysis and to planning the venture start-up. model. The Glocal Creativity and Convergence has high ability to the idea validity analysis and to ability of business PT. Lastly, College of Global Information Technology had a high level of planning the venture start-up. model and business PT.
