Abstract

This study researched the relations of perceived justice, emotion response and behavioral intention, we focused on positive emotion’s role between justice and behavioral intention because many precedent studies had pointed about the role of emotion response as well as cognition response when customers evaluate services. By the way, the ultimate objective of study on customer’s response in recovery process is that to build long-term and strong relationship, then to improve profits. Therefore, As examine how to play a moderation role of Relationship Quality(trust, commitment) in the causal relation of perceived justices, positive emotion and revisit intention, we tried to identify the importance of relationship quality and suggest that it is effective recovery strategy as the level of relationship quality. As a result of this study, perceived justices(interactional, procedural, distributive justice) have positively effect on positive emotion, positive emotion also affects revisit intention positively. Relationship quality has moderation effect between distributive justice and positive emotion, it means that it is possible for customers in low relationship quality to become more loyal customers as perceived distributive justice when tangible reward offered by service provider.
