기독교 관점의 동기 부여는 세 가지로 논의된다. 첫째, 우선 행동 결과의목표 설정 및 정서적 반응의 이해이다. 두 번째, 동기부여를 유발하고 지속시키는 인지·정서 과정 및 사회적 과정에 대한 이해이다. 세 번째는 자기자신에 대한 정보를 얻는 출처에 관한 논의이다. 동기부여가 큰 사람은 자신의 능력을 향상시키며 극대화할 수 있다. 어떤 일이든 동기부여가 높은 사람은 단순히 사회적 인정을 받기를 원하는 사람보다 더욱 노력하게 된다. 동기부여의 구성 요소는 성공의 기대감 성취, 특정한 인지능력에 의해 가능하게되는 인지과정이나 정서적 측면에 의해 유발되는 감정의 분화에 초점을 맞추게 된다. 하나님의 말씀에 기초하여 동기부여가 된 사람은 자신의 능력에대한 신뢰와 대상, 자신의 느낌, 자신의 목표대로 나타난다. 한 개인은 사회적 존재이기에 동료이기에 일을 수행하기 위해 타인과 상호 의존해야 한다. 동기부여는 하나님의 소명과 하나님이 주신 천부적 은사라는 맥락에서 해석하고 이해해야 한다.
Abstract
Motivation in the Christian view is discussed in three ways. First, the goal is to understand the emotional response and goal setting. Second, it is an understanding of cognitive and emotional processes and social processes that induce and sustain motivation. The third is a discussion of the sources of information about themselves. A person with great motivation can improve and maximize his or her abilities. Anyone who is highly motivated to do anything will work harder than someone who simply wants social recognition. The components of motivation focus on achieving expectations of success, the differentiation of emotions induced by cognitive processes or emotional aspects that are enabled by a particular cognitive ability. A man motivated by God’s word appears in trust in his ability and in his object, in his own feelings, in his own goal. An individual is a social being and is a colleague, so he or she has to rely on others to perform his or her work. Motivation must be, therefore, interpreted and understood in the context of God’s calling and God’s natural gifts.
