이 논문에서는 인터넷 중독의 원인, 유형, 결과에 대한 문헌 분석을 토대로 하여, 인터넷 중독 예방을 위한 초등 도덕 교과에서의 교육적 과제를 제시하였다. 인터넷 중독은 인터넷 이용에 대한 금단과 내성으로 인해 자기 통제 능력을 상실하고, 일상생활에서 많은 장애가 발생하는 것을 의미한다. 인터넷 중독을 예방하기 위해, 초등 도덕 교과에서는 인터넷 중독에 관한 정확한 지식과 정보를 제공하고, 인터넷 중독 예방에 도움을 주는 성격 특성을 함양하며, 인터넷 사용에 관한 개인적 내러티브의 구성 및 공유를 강조하고, 자기 조절 기능의 함양 기회를 제공해 주어야 한다.
Abstract
Internet addiction is a social epidemic that is prevalent around the world. Based on the analysis of causes, types, and consequences of Internet addiction, this article attempted to propose urgent tasks of elementary moral education for Internet addiction prevention. Internet addiction was viewed as a psycho-physiological disorder involving salience, tolerance, withdrawal symptoms, affective disturbances, and interruption of social relationships. Nowadays Internet addition is one of the most serious public health problems and social diseases. In order to prevent Internet addiction, elementary moral education has four important tasks such as providing students accurate knowledge and information regarding Internet addiction, cultivating personality traits that are beneficial to coping with Internet addiction, emphasizing construction and sharing of personal narratives on Internet use, and providing multiple opportunities for acquiring self-regulation skills.
