Abstract

The Study on Amendment of Semiconductor Integrated Circuits Lay-Out Design Act IP means a series of related images, however fixed or encoded (1) Having or representing the predetermined, three-dimensional pattern of metallic, insulating, or semiconductor material present or removed from the layers of a semiconductor chip product. (2) In which series the relation of the images to one another is that each image has the pattern of the surface of one form of the semiconductor chip product. In this paper is studied the issue of the improvement of IP registration system. The Law of IP registration was established at 1993 in Korea. So the IP registration system of Korea is now out of date. This paper insists especially on the introduction of online registration system, down of registration pee, simplification of document, extension of protection scope, strength of a penalty, definiteness of return, rejection, cancellation system.
