학습전략 루브릭의 개발 및 효과 연구: 대학생 학습전략 교육 프로그램을 중심으로

본 연구는 대학생 학습전략 교육 프로그램에서 학습전략 루브릭을 개발하고 그 효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구대상은 학습전략 교육 프로그램에 참가했던 서울에 위치한 2개 대학교의 50명의 학생이었다. 연구내용은 첫째, 국내외 학습전략 교육 프로그램과 선행연구 분석결과를 바탕으로 7가지의 학습전략 영역을 선정하여 프로그램을 실시하면서 Goodrich(1996)가 제시한 루브릭 개발의 단계, 즉 루브릭 개발의 목표확인, 루브릭 개발의 영역 선정, 루브릭의 준거 선정 및 수행 수준의 진술, 루브릭의 수정 및 보완의 단계를 거쳐 학습전략 루브릭을 개발하였다. 둘째, 개발된 루브릭은 문항내적신뢰도와 재검사신뢰도를 통하여 신뢰도를 검증하였고 내용타당도, 구인타당도, 공인타당도를 검증하였다. 셋째, 학습전략 루브릭을 활용한 학습전략 교육 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 프로그램에 참가한 학생들의 사전, 사후, 추후의 학습전략 루브릭 점수의 변화와 학업성적을 분석하였다. 연구결과, 학습전략 루브릭은 대학생의 학습전략 활용을 측정하는데 신뢰롭고 타당한 도구였으며, 학습전략 루브릭을 활용한 프로그램에 참가한 학생들의 학습전략 루브릭 점수와 학업성취도 향상에 유의미한 효과가 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to design rubrics which could be used as an activity assessment tool to assess college students' learning strategy and to examine the effects of the learning strategy educational program with rubrics. The subjects of this study were 50 university students in Seoul, Korea. The reliability and validity of the rubrics are as follows: first, the reliability estimates used were inter-consistency(Cronbach alpha) and test-retest Theses results demonstrate that the rubrics are a reliable tool for measuring learning strategy. second, the face validity of these rubrics for two experts in each area demonstrated that the rubrics are a valid tool. Positive interrelations were found in the concurrent validities of the rubrics with LASSI and the rubrics showed a higher level of construct validity. In sum, the results confirm that these rubrics can serve as a reliable and valid tool for the assessment of undergraduates' learning strategy in a learning strategy educational program. Finally, to effects of the learning strategy educational program with rubrics, the group participated in the programs nine times, and underwent both pre-test and post-test(2 times). Two instruments were employed in the study. Learning Strategies Rubrics and Self-reported GPA. Repeated Measure MANOVA, ANCOVA were conducted to analyze the effects of the treatment. The summary of results showed that this program is significantly effective regarding the improvement of the students' learning strategies and academic achievement.
