한-아세안 사이버 대학 교수자들의 이러닝 수업의 성공 요인에 대한 인식 연구

본 연구는 아세안사이버대학 설립 및 회원교의 교류사업의 일환으로 아세안 고등교육에서 우수 이러닝의 확산 및 질 개선을 위하여, 한국과 아세안사이버대학 회원교 교수진들이 인식하는 이러닝 수업의 성공 요인을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러닝 수업 경험을 가진 아세안 10개국 중 6개국의 9명의 교수진과 한국의 5명 교수진의 총 14명을 대상으로 2차에 걸친 델파이 조사를 실시하고, IPA분석 및 Borich 요구도 분석을 통해 이러닝 수업의 성공 요인의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 성공적인 이러닝을 위해서는 이러닝 코스 개발 및 운영을 지원하는 대학차원에서의 효율적인 행정 체제 구축, 과목특성과 학습목표의 유형에 적합한 콘텐츠의 구성, 학습동기를 유발할 수 있도록 콘텐츠의 흥미로운 구성, 학습목표와 연계된 학습자 중심의 교수학습 방법의 활용, 학습 시 기술적 문제해결을 위한 기술지원 서비스의 제공 등의 5가지 요인이 최우선적으로 개선되어야 할 요인으로 분석되었다. 본 연구를 토대로 성공적인 아세안사이버대학의 이러닝 수업을 위해 중점적으로 고려할 요인들을 우선순위에 두고 적극적인 질 관리 방안을 마련한다면, 한국과 아세안 국가 모두에서 공동적 공유할 수 있는 이러닝 질 관리 체제가 마련될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
Abstract
This study is one of the project of ASEAN Cyber University establishment and exchanges, and aimed to analyse the awareness of success factors in e-learning course of faculties of ACU members for diffusion of best practice e-learning and quality improvement of higher education in Asia. 9 faculties of 6 countries and 5 faculties of korea who had experiences on e-learning, participated in twice delphi survey. The priority analysis of success factors in e-learning course was conducted by IPA and Borich needs model analysis. As a result, 5 factors of the highest priorities are analyzed as followings. Establishment of efficient administrative system of university to support e-learning course development and implementation, appropriate contents to consider subjects characteristics and types of learning objectives, interesting contents to arouse learning motivations, application of learner centered teaching & learning methods related to learning objectives, supports to resolve the technical problems for the success of e-learning. If the quality assurance strategies are prepared on the basis of this research results as a core considering factors for ACU e-learning courses with higher priorities, e-learning quality assurance system could be used commonly sharable by ACU and Korea.
