사이버대학에서 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인 측정 도구 개발 및 양호도 검증

사이버환경에서 학습지속은 학습자 개인적 차원에서 학습의 성패를 가늠할 수 있는 지표일 뿐만 아니라, 기관의 차원에서도 교육프로그램 운영 방향을 수립하는데 있어서 주요한 정보가 된다. 이에 본 연구는 사이버대학 학습자의 학습지속의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 선행연구 고찰을 통해 살펴보고, 이를 측정하기 위한 측정도구를 개발하여 양호도를 검증하고자 한다. 먼저 선행연구를 근거로 사이버대학의 학습지속의향 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 측정하기 위한 20개의 문항을 잠정적으로 도출하였다. 이를 기반으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 국내 A사이버대학 11개 학과 424명의 데이터를 수집하였으며, 그 결과를 분석하였다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통해 4개 요인, 13개 문항으로 구성되는 측정도구의 구성타당도가 검증되었고, 나아가 확인적 요인분석을 통해 모형의 적합도가 검증되었다. 최종 확정된 측정도구는 1) 학습자 동기적 특성, 2) 교육 내용, 3) 교육지원 및 환경 4) 학습만족도 요인으로 구성된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop a persistence scale and test the validity and reliability for measuring the persistence of students in cyber university. For this, 20 items were tentatively decided after reviewing literature and preceding research. Based on 20 items, we analyze survey data for 424 learners in an e-learning of A cyber university. For the construct validation of the scale, EFA(Exploratory Factor Analysis) was performed with 203 participants. In order to analyze the fitness of the model, CFA(Confirmatory Factor Analysis) was conducted to other 221 participants. Therefore, we had the reliability and validity of the new scale. The results of present study yielded four factors with 13 items: 1) learners' motivation; 2) course content; 3) support in e-learning; 4) learning satisfaction.
