교수 자료 개발 프로그램에 대한 컴퓨터 자기효능감과 성과 기대가 수업에서의 컴퓨터 사용 태도에 미치는 영향

초록

교실 내에서의 컴퓨터 사용이 보편화됨에 따라 수업에서 교수 자료를 제시하고 개발하는 활동은 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 예비교사들이 교실에서 사용하는 구체적인 교수 자료 개발 프로그램에 대한 자기효능감을 분석하고, Bandura가 제시한 자기효능감에 영향을 주는 변인인 성과기대와 컴퓨터 사용태도 간의 관계를 밝혀 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 대학생 181명이었고, 상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 컴퓨터 자기효능감은 한글과 파워포인트 프로그램으로 구분하여 측정하였고, 컴퓨터 자기효능감이 성과기대와 컴퓨터 사용 태도에 미치는 매개 효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 교수자료 개발 프로그램에 대한 자기효능감은 성과기대와 컴퓨터 사용태도에 부분적인 매개 변인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 교수자료 개발 프로그램에 대한 자기효능감과 성과기대는 컴퓨터 불안감에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Abstract

The instructional activities to present and develop materials is becoming more important as increasing computer usage common in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to investigate relationship among computer self efficacy, outcome expectations, attitude toward computer technologies, and to examine the mediating effect of computer self efficacy. The 181 pre-service teachers performed tasks about development of instructional materials using hangul and power point program. The correlation and regression were implemented. According to results, First, computer self efficacy plays an important mediation role in th relationship between ontcome expectations and attitude toward computer technologies in classroom. Second, outcome expectations and computer self-efficacy for power point program were found to have effects on reduction of computer anxiety.
