Abstract
The interaction between personal and environmental factors on entrepreneurial intention has not been sufficiently studied. This study analyzes the influence of entrepreneurs' resources and the government's entrepreneurship-friendly policies and support programs on entrepreneurial intentions, and analyzes whether these relationships differ according to market changes. For the empirical analysis, logistic regression analysis was performed by collecting a total of 256,633 data using the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor's three-year (2017-2019) survey data. As a result of the analysis, financial resources among founder resources did not have a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, but human resources and social resources were analyzed to have a positive effect. It was analyzed that government policy had a negative effect on entrepreneurial intention, and support programs had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was analyzed that there was a difference in the effect of each factor on entrepreneurial intention according to the level of market change.
