창업 활성화를 위한 지원 요인이 창업의도 및 창업결정에 미치는 관계

초록

본 연구는 최근 사회 전반에 걸친 급진적 시장변화와 창업 활성화에 주목, 충청도 소재에 재학 중인 대학생들을 중심으로 창업 활성화를 위한 실효성 있는 지원 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 또한, 이러한 관점에 창업을 위한 지원 요인이 대학생 창업 의도 및 창업 결정에 어떠한 인과관계가 있는지 살펴보고자 하였으며, 실증분석을 통해 결과를 도출해 나가고자 하였다. 분석결과, 기술역량 지원은 창업 의도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향(+)을 미치지 못하였으며, 자금지원 또한 창업 의도에 통계적으로 유의한(+) 값을 도출하지 못하였다. 반면, 상업화교육과 네트워크연계, 그리고 전략적 역량 지원은 창업 의도에 통계적으로 유의한(+) 관계가 있음을 실증하였다. 또한 창업의도는 창업결정에 통계적으로 유의한(+) 영향 관계가 있음을 도출하였다.

Abstract

This study focused on recent radical market changes and entrepreneurial vitalization throughout society, and tried to derive effective support factors for entrepreneurial vitalization, focusing on college students attending Chungcheong-do. In addition, from this point of view, we tried to examine what kind of causal relationship the support factors for entrepreneurship have with university students' entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial decision, and we tried to derive the results through empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, technical capability support did not have a statistically significant (+) effect on entrepreneurial intention, and funding support also failed to derive a statistically significant (+) value on entrepreneurial intention. On the other hand, it was demonstrated that commercialization education, network connection, and strategic competency support had a statistically significant (+) relationship with entrepreneurial intention. In addition, it was derived that the intention to start a business has a statistically significant (+) influence on the decision to start a business.
