본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 전직지원활동이 퇴직자의 심리적 안정성, 고용가능성 및 전 직장에 대한 이미지에 영향을 미치는가를 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 토대로 가설을 설정하여 실증연구를 하였으며, 민간기업과 군 조직에 근무하는 194명의 조직구성원들을 표본대상으로 하였다. 연구결과 전직지원활동 특성의 개별요소는 고용가능성과 전 직장에 대한 이미지에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구결과의 시사점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다. 한글 색인어 : 전직지원활동, 심리적 안정성, 고용가능성, 전 직장에 대한 이미지
Abstract
This study investigated the role of outplacement services in influencing departing members' psychological stability, employability and perceived images to their ex-organizations. Data were collected from 194 employees in private and military(air force) organization. Results revealed that outplacement service partially affects employee responses to psychological stability, employability and perceived images to their ex-organizations. Theoretical and practical implications as well as directions for future research are discussed.
