연구 목적: 본 연구는 K대학교 혁신공유대학 융합치유전공 내 융합 테라피 전문가 트랙의 전공능력 검증을 탐색 및 분석하여 교육과정을 개발하는 과정을 탐색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 논문의 연구 방법은 산업체 전문가를 대상으로 실시한 인터뷰 조사 기법이다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 융합 테라피 전문가 트랙의 전공 능력 검증 절차를 바탕으로 환경 및 수요조사를 실시하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구의 이론적 시사점은 융합 테라피 전문가 트랙의 전공능력을 개발하기 위한 세부 절차를 4단계로 제시하고, 이해관계자 니즈 분석을 통해 직무와 필요 역량 및 교과목 등을 검증하는 등 종합적인 전공능력 개발을 실시했다는 실무적 시사점도 지니고 있다. 이번 연구는 융합 테라피 전문가 양성을 위한 교육과정 개발 발전방안을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있으며, 특정 대학에서 개발 및 운영 중인 전공 내 트랙 사례를 중심으로 연구를 수행하였기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화하는데 한계점이 존재한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to explore the process of developing the curriculum by exploring and analyzing the major competency verification of the convergence therapy expert track in the Convergence Healing Major in the Innovation Sharing University of K University. next, The research method of this thesis is an interview survey method conducted for industry experts. next, This study conducted an environmental and demand survey based on the major competency verification procedure of the convergence therapy expert track. next, The theoretical implications of this study are to present the detailed procedure for developing the major competency of the convergence therapy expert track in four steps, and to verify the job, necessary competencies and subjects through stakeholder needs analysis. It also has practical implications for ability development. This study is meaningful in that it presented a development plan for the development of a curriculum for nurturing convergence therapy experts, and there is a limit to generalizing the research results because the research was conducted focusing on the track cases in the major developed and operated by a specific university.
