연구 목적: 본 연구는 국내 결혼이주여성에게 적용한 문화 적응 스트레스 중재 프로그램의 효과를 통합적으로 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 국내외 데이터베이스를 활용하여 체계적 문헌 고찰 및 메타분석을 진행하였다. 연구 내용: 결혼이주여성에게 적용한 문화 적응 스트레스 중재 프로그램의 대상자와 내용 및 경향을 파악하였으며 프로그램의 효과 크기와 문헌의 이질성을 분석하였다. 결론 및 제언: 문화 적응 스트레스 중재 프로그램은 결혼이주여성의 문화 적응 스트레스와 우울을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 미술, 음악, 원예, 무용 등과 같이 예술 및 신체활동을 포함한 프로그램, 10명 미만의 그룹 활동, 주당 2회 이상 적용 시 프로그램이 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 향후 결혼이주여성의 문화 적응 스트레스 완화를 위한 중재 적용의 근거자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 다만 분석된 연구의 수가 적고, 비 무작위 대조군 실험 연구도 있었으므로 향후 잘 설계된 무작위 대조군 실험 연구의 누적과 이를 토대로 한 효과를 재평가할 것을 제언한다.
Abstract
We comprehensively analyze the effects of a acculturation stress intervention program applied to marriage migrant women. A systematic review and meta-analysis were conducted using previous databases. The subjects, contents and trends of the acculturation stress intervention program applied to marriage migrant women were identified, and the effects of the program and the heterogeneity of the literature were analyzed. The acculturation stress intervention program was found to reduce acculturation stress and depression in marriage migrant women. In particular, the program was found to be effective when applied to programs that included art and physical activities, such as art, music, gardening, and dance, or group activities of less than 10 people, or applied more than twice a week. These results will be used as a basis for intervention to reduce acculturation stress of marriage migrant women. However, since the number of analyzed studies was small and there were also non-randomized controlled trials, it is suggested to re-evaluate the accumulation and effect of randomized controlled trials in the future.
