연구 목적: 이 연구는 초임부가 경험하는 성생활의 의미를 탐색하고 성생활 경험의 본질을 발견함으로써 초임부의 성생활을 심층적으로 이해하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 2020년 12월 18일부터 2021년 5월 15일까지 27세에서 34세 사이의 초임부 10명이 개인 면담에 참여하였다. 질적 자료는 Colaizzi의 서술적 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 이 논문의 연구내용은 9개의 주제와 4개의 범주로 분류되었다. 네 가지 범주는 다음과 같다: ‘초점의 변화’, ‘성적 억압과 회피’, ‘성적 방해물’, ‘성 만족 저하와 성적 대화의 부족’. 결론 및 제언: 산전관리 중 임산부의 심리적, 신체적 변화를 바탕으로 성 기능 장애 요인 및 대처 방안에 대한 정보를 제공하여 성 자기효능감을 증가시켜 임신 중 안정적인 성생활을 통해 성 기능을 높일 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다. 경산부의 성생활 경험을 탐구하고 임산부의 성생활 경험의 본질을 밝히는 후속연구를 제안한다.
Abstract
This study sought to understand the sexual life of primigravida in depth by exploring the meaning of sexual life experienced by primigravida and discovering the essence of sexual experience. For the research method, 10 primigravida between the ages of 27 and 34 participated in individual interviews from Dec. 18, 2020 to May 15, 2021. Qualitative data were analyzed by Colaizzi’s descriptive phenomenological method. The research contents of this paper were classified into 9 themes and 4 categories. The four categories are: ‘Changes of focus’, ‘sexual oppression and avoidance’, ‘Obstacles with sexual life’ and ‘decreased sexual satisfaction and lack of sexual communication’. Based on the psychological and physical changes of pregnant women during prenatal care, it is necessary to develop a program to increase sexual self-efficacy by providing information on sexual dysfunction factors and coping strategies, and to enhance sexual function through stable sex life during pregnancy. We propose a follow-up study that explores the sexual experience of multigravida and reveals the essence of the sexual experience of pregnant women.
