SWOT 분석을 통한 소쇄원의 문화유산 경영전략

Abstract

In this study, cultural heritage management strategies were discussed for Soswaewon, the best traditional garden in Korea. Based on the survey, we analyzed the internal and external environment of Soswaewon using the SWOT analysisand strategies were derived from them. As S-O strategies, a program development linked to public relations activities and lyrics and literature using various media was established, and as W-O strategies, a strategy for securing space through the maintenance of Soswaewon and experiential programs linked with intangible heritage was established. As S-T strategies, a strategy to prepare special experience opportunities such as the Soswaewon experience program during the break period was discussed, and a strategy to build a systematic management system and secure convenient facilities through cultural heritage management in order to overcome the weaknesses. This study tried to establish a management and utilization strategy suitable for the situation of Soswaewon by utilizing the concept of cultural heritage management.
