토픽 모델링을 활용한 건강문해력 국내연구동향 분석: 2012~2021년 학술지 게재 논문을 중심으로

연구 목적: 본 연구는 건강문해력을 주제로 국내 학술지에 게재된 논문동향을 분석하고 미래건강문해력 연구의 방향성을 모색하는 기초자료로 활용하고자 수행하였다. 연구 방법: 2012년 1월부터 2021년 12월까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 152편의 논문에서 건강문해력에 대한 토픽을 추출하기 위하여 토픽모델링 기법을 사용하였다. 키워드는 논문의 제목과 영문초록에서 추출되었으며, RISS, KISS, KM base, Nanet, NDSL의 5개 국내 데이터베이스에서 문헌 검색을 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 건강문해력 관련 논문의 주요토픽은 노인 및 성인의 건강문해력, 건강문해력 도구개발, 만성질환과 건강문해력, 건강증진행위와 건강문해력으로 확인되었다. 또한, 가장 빈번하게 출현한 키워드로는 건강, 지식, 환자 등이 확인되었으므로 이를 바탕으로 추후 더욱 다양한 형태와 주제의 건강문해력 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. 결론 및 제언: 이러한 연구결과는 건강문해력 관련 연구동향을 파악하고 국내 건강문해력 관련 연구분야에 대한 이해를 높이는데 기여할 것이다. 또한 건강문해력 관련 연구의 새로운 관점을 제공하고, 국내 건강문해력 연구의 지식구조를 분석하였다는데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the recent research trends in health literacy and suggest their implications for future research. From January 2012 to December 2021, a topic modeling technique was used to extract topics about health literacy from convenient papers published in domestic journals. Keywords were extracted from the title and English abstract of the paper, and a literature search was performed in five domestic databases: RISS, KISS, KM base, Nanet, and NDSL. Health literacy of the elderly and adults, development of health literacy tools, chronic diseases and health literacy, health promotion behaviors and health literacy were identified as major topics. In addition, health, knowledge, and patients were identified as the most frequent keywords. These research results will contribute to identifying research trends related to health literacy and enhancing understanding of research fields related to health literacy in Korea. It is also significant that it provides a new perspective on health literacy-related research and analyzes the knowledge structure of domestic health literacy research.
