전문대학생의 사회복지현장실습 경험에 관한 질적 사례연구

연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 사회복지현장실습에 참여한 사회복지전공 전문대학생들의 경험을 이해하고 지원방안을 모색하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 사회복지현장실습을 한 전문대학생 5명을 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였고, 수집한 자료를 Creswell의 질적 사례연구 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 전문대학생의 사회복지현장실습 경험은 어떠한지 Creswell의 사례연구 방법인 사례 내 분석과 사례 간 분석을 하였고, 의미 있는 단위의 문장들을 추출 및 범주화하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구 결과 구성요소 4개, 하위 구성요소 12개가 도출되었다. 4개의 구성요소는 ‘막막하고 불안함’, ‘마음을 다잡고 차근차근 준비’, ‘사회복지사로서 성장하기’, ‘사회복지현장실습의 중요성을 깨달음’이다. 본 연구 결과는 전문대학생이 경험한 사회복지현장실습을 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 학교와 실습 기관의 협력 및 제도적 차원에서의 지원방안 등을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the experiences of junior college students majoring in social welfare who participated in social welfare practicum and to find support measures. In-depth interviews were conducted with five junior college students who practiced social welfare practicum, and the collected data were analyzed using Creswell’s qualitative case study method. Creswell’s case study method, within-case analysis and cross-case analysis, was conducted to see how junior college students’ social welfare practicum experiences were, and sentences of meaningful units were extracted and categorized. As a result of the study, 4 components and 12 sub-components were derived. The four components are ‘a feeling of uncertainty and uneasiness’, ‘Making up one’s mind and getting ready step by step’, ‘growing as a social worker’, and ‘realizing the importance of social welfare practicum’. The results of this study are meaningful in that they examined social welfare practicum experienced by junior college students, and suggested cooperation between schools and practice institutions and support measures at the institutional level.
